Share ownership of Magyar Telekom’s new Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, and new Chief Commercial Officer Residential

Budapest – July 2, 2018 – Magyar Telekom (Reuters: MTEL.BU and Bloomberg: MTELEKOM HB, hereinafter the “Company”), the leading Hungarian telecommunications service provider hereby announces that Tibor Rékasi, the new Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Company appointed as of July 1, 2018 holds 226 Magyar Telekom shares, while Melinda Szabó the new Chief Commercial Officer Residential of the Company appointed as of July 1, 2018 does not hold any Magyar Telekom shares.
