Share ownership of Magyar Telekom’s new Chief Technology and IT Officer

Magyar Telekom (Reuters: MTEL.BU and Bloomberg: MTELEKOM HB, hereinafter the “Company”), the leading Hungarian telecommunications service provider hereby announces that Lubor Zatko, the new Chief Technology and IT Officer (“CTIO”) and member of the Management Committee of the Company appointed as of October 1, 2019, does not hold any Magyar Telekom shares.
