Integris-Rendszerház named Software Partner of the Year 2006 for its outstanding activities as outsourcing partner

Budapest, December 14, 2006

Each year HP chooses a Software Partner of the Year from among those software partners of Europe, the Middle East and Africa which offer outstanding performance in the local and/or the regional software market or make a large project a great success. The company gives this prize to those partners that offer something unique in the strategic and the innovation areas alike.

This year HP Hungary gave the award to T-Systems subsidiary Integris-Rendszerház for its excellent work as outstanding partner, as well as for its innovative approach. T-Systems decided at the end of 2004 that it would use the HP OpenView family as a strategic platform supporting its infocommunications outsourcing service. T-Systems commissioned its subsidiary Integris-Rendszerház to operate this platform and to establish the service management center.

“The monitoring center implemented by Integris is the most complex and most comprehensive HP OpenView system in Hungary. We are proud to be able to support the infocommunications outsourcing activity of T-Systems with our technology and services in the framework of a cooperation scheme. The specialists of the two companies are working together with the world-standard HP laboratories, and this recognition is also meant to acknowledge that cooperation,” said Robert Bukits, director of HP’s Software Business Unit.

“We have had successful cooperation with HP, as a result of which we achieved considerable business expansion. We are supporting with competitive services the business processes of the partners of T-Systems by relying on the outstanding features offered by the HP OpenView platform. Our expanding team of experts, the experiences derived from the operation of the platform and the good vendor relations are the guarantee for joint progress,” said Tamás Buglos, managing director of Integris-Rendszerház.

Integris has been working successfully with HP OpenView management software solutions for two years. T-Systems has based the outsourcing services it offers to its business partners on these software solutions: these services include full monitoring of the active network equipment (routers, switches), IP telephones, servers, the management of desktop computers and servers as well as Service Desk services. They are pioneers in the world in using the HP solution for configuring network equipment. Also, Integris has successfully participated in the beta testing of the HP solution that enables the management of Cisco IP telephones, and their feedback has helped the development team of the market leader IT company to make the product even more perfect and satisfy better user requirements. At present, they are managing over 15 000 Cisco IP telephones with this too. They generate regular SLA reports about the fulfillment of the service levels for the customers, also with an HP solution.
