We kindly request any shareholder obliged to inform Magyar Telekom Plc. about the acquisition or disposal of voting rights pursuant to Clause 61 of the Hungarian Act CXX of 2001 on Capital Markets to prepare their notification by completing the Standard Form specified by Paragraph 3 of the Hungarian Finance Ministry Decree No. 24/ 2008 (VIII.15.), published on the website run by the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority and send it to the following address:
