Sustainability Reports

One of Magyar Telekom Group's commitments is that about its performance annually publishes a report.
Since 2004 these reports provide information about the Group's operation, activities and results based on the sustainability guidelines. During their development, Global Reporting Initiative's (GRI) guidelines, published in 2002, are used to comply with the principles of transparency and international comparability.
For the sake of credibility, the reports are audited by an independent third party, and the certification is included by the document.
Our sustainability report for 2007 was the first in Hungary to receive the highest A+ rating, which means full compliance with the third generation guidelines of Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI G3). The higher the level of compliance with international guidelines, the more transparent and comparable are the company's activities. The sustainability report for 2008 also obtained the A+ rating.
To prepare the sustainability report is a real team-work that happens with the co-operation of the different responsible organisations and member-companies.

Please, do not hesitate to send a feedback, opinion or comment related to the sustainability reports. These are welcome at the sustainability@telekom.hu e-mail address.
