Magyar Telekom (Reuters: MTEL.BU and Bloomberg: MTELEKOM HB, hereinafter, the “Company”), the leading Hungarian telecommunications service provider announces that today it concluded a market making agreement with UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt.

• Name of the Market Maker(s): UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt.
• The time of settlement of the Market Maker obligation within the trading period: the Market Maker shall, on each trading day, make equal amount of bilateral bids for the bonds on its own account (simultaneous purchase and sales offer) between 11.00 am and 1.00 pm for at least 15 minutes while ensuring its visibility throughout this period in the BSE system
• Spread: up to 200 basis points
• The minimum bid obligation: the nominal value of the offer on both the purchase and sell side reaches at least the HUF equivalent of EUR 100,000 or valid for at least 1 bond
• Suspension of market making: in case of extreme market volatility and operational disturbances the Market Maker is entitled to suspend its market making activity
• Temporal application of the Market making agreement : from the first day of trading on the BSE’s XBond multilateral trading system until the cancellation of the registration

In accordance with the terms of the Bond Funding for Growth Scheme of the Central Bank of Hungary, the Company concluded a market making agreement for its Magyar Telekom 2027 HUF Bond (ISIN: HU0000360128) with the following main parameters:
