provider, announces that on September 18, 2009, István Maradi, Chief Technology
and IT Officer of Magyar Telekom, sold 8,470 Magyar Telekom shares at an
average price of HUF 810 per share
on the Budapest Stock Exchange, with the assistance of CIB Bank Zrt. as
investment service provider. Following the transaction István Maradi does not
hold any Magyar Telekom shares.
