General Meeting approves MakTel dividend
According to
Macedonian Accounting Standards (MAS), on a standalone basis, MakTel recorded a net income
of MKD 6.16 billion for 2011, all of which will be distributed in line with the
decision of the General Meeting.
Stonebridge Communications AD Skopje (under
liquidation), which is 100% owned by Magyar Telekom, is entitled to a dividend of
approximately MKD 3.49 billion (HUF
16.7 billion).
