Share ownership of Magyar Telekom’s new Chief Financial Officer

Magyar Telekom (Reuters: MTEL.BU and Bloomberg: MTELEKOM HB, hereinafter the “Company”), the leading Hungarian telecommunications service provider hereby announces that Darja Dodonova, the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company appointed as of March 1, 2020 does not hold any Magyar Telekom shares.
