Matáv's CIVIL tariff package is made available for a one-year period, subject to tendering. The tariff package offers a 30% discount on the fixed telecommunications service fees to those public benefit or major public benefit non-profit organizations whose applications are supported by Matáv's Donation Advisory Board. Civil organizations can apply for the discount tariff package by January 20, 2004.
