From March 1, 2003 Axelero's customer service telephone and fax numbers will change. The new customer service access number 1234 will be much simpler to remember than the old one. The 1234 number will be available from fixed phones at the ordinary local rate and from mobile phones at the rate charged within the network. After the introduction of the new customer service number, Axelero customers will be assigned a new ID which will make doing business on the phone more secure for them. The new telefax number of the customer service from March 1 will be (1) 411 0550. Simultaneously with these number changes, Axelero will also launch an e-mail customer service.
