From November 2003 Matáv's Business Services LOB will extend its offerings. The new service offerings were elaborated with the involvement of Matáv Group member companies and recognized players of the IT market, including Avaya (USA) to have a combined offer of the latest developments in telecommunications and IT. The partnership agreement between Avaya and Matáv was signed at a ceremony on November 20.

In four of the six new solutions offered to business customers Avaya's IP technology is a major element: these are the packages designed for customer relations, remote access, commercial chains and hotels.
