On October 16, 2003 Matáv's Director Iván Vetési and Mayor Lóránd Szabó signed a strategic agreement between Matáv and the Dombóvár Mayor's Office. Matáv has won the tender invited for the upgrading of the obsolete IT and communication system and delivery of internet connection. The complex solution includes a long-term commitment of the Office to use Matáv's services. A key component of the investment project is the customer queuing and information system brought into operation at the Documents Office. Under the project Matáv has proven its capabilities as a solution provider and system integrator.
