Today, MatávkábelTV's CEO András Piller and Axelero's Chief Marketing Officer Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky congratulated Tímea Gyöngyösi, the 10,000th joint Cablenet customer of the two companies.

MatávkábelTV's modern, broadband network has the advantage that, in addition to transmitting CATV signals, its upstream networks are also suitable for an unrestricted access to the broadband Internet (Cablenet) service provided by Axelero.
MatávkábelTV Magyarország was established in 1998, and it is the second largest CATV program distributing company in Hungary; at present, its services are used by nearly 270,000 customers all over the country. The company has significantly contributed to the domestic roll-out of broadband Internet, as - due to its investments made since 2002 - it has adapted a large part of its CATV networks to the provisioning of cable Internet services; in this way, high-quality Internet has became accessible for nearly 200,000 households.
