registered the merger of BCN Kft. with MatávCom Kft. as of December 1, 2004.
Simultaneously with the merger MatávCom Kft.'s name was changed to BCN
Rendszerház Informatikai és Kommunikációs Hálózatokat Szolgáltató Kft. (BCN
System House IT and Communication Network Services Ltd. (shortly BCN Rendszerház
Kft.) (BCN System House Ltd.).

The rebranding will not affect MatávCom Kft.'s contracts
currently in force; these will remain in force after the rebranding.
Nor
will the merger affect BCN Kft.'s rights which were acquired before the merger
or obligations assumed before the merger; these will be transferred as of the
merger date to BCN Rendszerház Kft., as general successor.
