Matáv has signed an agreement to acquire X-Byte Kft. Matáv will buy 99% of X-Byte Kft from its fully owned subsidiary, BCN Rendszerház Kft. while the remaining 1% will be bought from Safecom Rt., in which Matáv also has full control indirectly.
