MakTel held Shareholders’Assembly
Budapest, December 19, 2007
The Macedonian member company of the Magyar Telekom Group, MakTel (Makedonski Telekomunikacii) held its Shareholders' Assembly on December 18, 2007 in Skopje. The Shareholders' Assembly adopted the company’s audited annual accounts and financial statements for the business year 2006 as well as the annual report on the operations of MakTel for 2006.
The Shareholders' Assembly appointed the independent audit house
Pricewaterhouse Coopers for auditing the annual account and financial
statements of MakTel for the year 2007.
The shareholders elected
Horst Hermann, Gábor Pál and Bence Holló as members of MakTel’s Board
of Directors and released Rolf Plath, Imre Horváth and István Lipp from
their Board membership.
