Budapest, January 24, 2008

T-Systems announced on January 22 the creation of two infocommunication market leader companies, KFKI System Integration Co. Ltd. and IQSYS IT and Consulting Co. With the integration of the predecessor companies the convergent IT and telecommunications technologies will be accessible from two strengthened knowledge bases with separated activities.

The purpose of integration is to leverage synergies inherent in telecommunications and IT, improve the efficiency and increase the market share of companies with the same profile. The success-oriented approach of the KFKI Group’s management is the guarantee that the new companies will preserve the market leader role. KFKI and IQSYS will continue to preserve their independent system integration role, with application of the parent company’s processes. By drawing on the subsidiaries’ competences T-Systems will in a unique way offer one-stop ICT solutions to both large companies and SMEs - said Magyar Telekom-T-Systems Chief Operating Officer István Papp.

The former companies BCN System House Ltd., ICON Computing Services Co. Ltd. and KFKI-LNX Co. Ltd. were merged under the name KFKI System Integration Co. The company will not focus only on customers based in Budapest, but ensure nationwide coverage with its regional branches.

“We will build our development on our network and system integration competences. Our objective is to strengthen our market leader position through cooperation with our parent company.
