From July 1, 2000 the Treasury Branch formerly directed by János Csák, and the Investor Relations Department and Risk Management Department are organized to function as two branches.

In future the "Treasury Branch" is to supervise the Capital Markets Department, the Investor Relations Department as well as the Risk Management and Business Continuity Department. The newly appointed director of the Branch is Dr. András Huszár who came from Investel Rt. to MATÁV in 1999 and has been head of the Capital Markets Department.
The "Cash Management Branch" includes the Liquidity and Cash Flow Department, the Accounts Receivable Department and the Accounts Payable Department. It is directed by Rudolf Tóth, who was transferred from Investel Rt. to MATÁV also in 1999 and who has been head of the Liquidity Department.
