In yet another evidence of how seriously MATÁV takes its responsible
social role, the company has donated HUF 1.8 million to the Miklós
Wesselényi Sports Club of the Blind and Sight Impaired. The sports club
that has been operating since 1950 will use the money for jubilee
sports events to be held this year.
The donation was presented to Mr. József Dénes, president of the Miklós
Wesselényi Sports Club of the Blind and Sight Impaired, by Dr. Tamás
Pásztory, Chief Officer of MATÁV, in the club building today.
