Magyar Telekom Supervisory Board in line with the previous resolution
of the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority (HFSA) decided today
on its own initiative to call a General Meeting to be held on November
15. The agenda of the General Meeting will include discussion of the
company’s 2005 annual report as well as the proposal on the dividend
payment.
The invitation to the General Meeting called by the Supervisory Board will be published by the Company as per usual.
