As of July 01, 2011, Magyar Telekom shall merge its corporate and
marketing communication activities into one directorate, which is to encompass
the communication tasks related to Telekom's offer and corporate brands (T-
Mobile, T-Home, Telekom), its company- and marketing-related PR, advertising and
media communication, the management of sponsoring and events, as well as the
full range of Magyar Telekom's internal communication.

The new Marketing and Corporate Communication Directorate shall be headed by
Ildikó Kovács, who has been in charge of Magyar Telekom's Corporate PR since
February 2011. The Head of Marketing Communication, Gabriella Liptay left the
company as of June 30, 2011 and shall continue her career elsewhere.
By
these measures, Magyar Telekom, Hungary's leading integrated ICT company, wishes
to manage its marketing and corporate communication activities more efficiently,
in better alignment with market challenges, in an integrated manner.
