Telekom Civil and CivilNET tariff plan – to the civilian users

Magyar Telekom’s charity board of trustees - called: a hello tomorrow! this year for the second time announces the competition for the Civil and CivilNET tariff plans. Telekom’s objective with the competition inviting civilian (NGO) organizations is to do its best to assist the work of those making efforts to solve problems of the Hungarian society, in other words of all of us.

Magyar Telekom created special tariff plans to lower the operational costs of NGOs, to support the work of these organizations forming general attitude of our society. The Civil Tariff Plan offers inland fixed calls with no monthly or connection fee and free of charge up to 500 minutes. The tariff plan also offers 30% discount on calls exceeding 500 minutes, compared to the basic package (Bázis). Money saved this way can be spent by the organizations to improving conditions for those in need. The hello tomorrow! board of trustees awards the Civil Tariff Plan for a year, in the frame of a competition. Being one of the basic conditions to entering the competition, the organization must prove the level of public benefit they provide in their activity, the telephone line should operate under the name of the relevant organization, and should have no debt towards Magyar Telekom. The Civil Tariff Plan is exclusively available in Magyar Telekom’s service area and on traditional telephone lines. Further to the Civil Tariff Plan, public benefit organizations can also apply for the CivilNET internet tariff package providing free internet access, without connection or monthly fees for public benefit organizations winning the competition. The CivilNET and Civil tariff packages can be applied for together, the internet service will be established  for the main line specified in the competition entry, along with the Civil tariff package. The CivilNET tariff package is awarded by the hello tomorrow! board of trustees for one year through the competition, together with the Civil Tariff Plan. The CivilNET Tariff Package is only available in Magyar Telekom’s service area, and only with the Civil Tariff Plan.
