Job Description Voice trading and mobile sales manager

Our Unit:

Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier is one of the world's leading carriers and an innovation driver for IP-based solutions. We serve the international wholesale requirements of the DT Group with its international affiliates and more than 900 external customers worldwide.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Buy / Sell negotiations for international voice minutes with existing trading accounts
  • Sales of mobility products of the Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier (DTGC) portfolio (e.g. signalling for international roaming, GRX, MMX, etc.)
  • Extend the business by sales to new customers
  • Work in a flexible trading environment; make real-time decisions actively navigating the wholesale voice market.
  • Create account strategy to maximize customer profitability
  • Work with other members of TDGC’s global mobile and voice organisation to scout for new opportunities and maximize global results

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage account base to fulfil individual sales- and trading margin objectives
  • Contribute to the DTGC’s global mobile and voice organisation to reach global business objectives
  • Act and react based on daily spot market conditions, within the frame of DTGC strategy and objectives.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication - written, verbal and presentation skills in English
  • Very good analytical skills, strong negotiation skills
  • Confidence and presence to deal with customers, competitors and colleagues at high level
  • Ability to define and meet deadlines and targets
  • Very good team player and team leader
  • A thorough understanding of the international Wholesale Carrier markets
  • Experience in sales / trading with international voice or mobility products
  • Experience in account management on in the wholesale telecoms business
  • Experience with multinational companiesStrong track record of achievements
