T-Systems and Hungarian Tax Authority APEH concluded an agreement for the establishment and technical support of APEH’s nation-wide Contact Center; the contract is valid for 3 years, its value exceeds HUF 160 million.
The Contact Center will provide information to corporate and individual tax payers; its programs and hardware will be supplied by a subcontractor and T-Systems, respectively. The full system will serve 350 workstations at 26 Tax Authority premises located in various parts of the country.
