The readers of the Macedonian monthly magazine Semeen have appreciated MakTel's humanitarian activity by awarding the Matáv-owned telecom operator the statute of Humanitarianism. MakTel earned the distinction with its action called Solidarity Without Frontiers. In the framework of this action clothing, food and books were donated to the inhabitants of two Macedonian localities, Carina and Mala Prespa.
