Group 4 Securitas Kft. and Matáv estabilish joint venture

On June 15, 2001 the managers of Matáv and Group 4 Securitas Kft. signed an agreement on strategic collaboration and established a joint venture named Group 4 Matávőr Rt.
Both Group 4 Securitas Kft. (a member of Group 4 Falck Group) and Matáv own a 50% share in the company which is a provider of complex services in the area of security equipment and security monitoring.
