Now you can show how creative you are! - Applicants to the Telekom Traineeship Program are also assisted with a new application!

Using Telekom’s Agytorna (Brain Gym) application, applicants to the traineeship program can find out whether - further to their theoretical knowledge – they are the most fitting trainee nominees, considering their creative, individual thinking. In addition, from 31th  March interns, who are working currently for the company, will share their experiences on the Telekom Trainee Blog, which offers an excellent opportunity for applicants to gain an insight into the world of Telekom!

You can only be successful in the digital world if you are able to simultaneously adopt both analytical and creative thinking. For this reason, Telekom is looking for young people who – further to their knowledge learnt at universities or colleges – can also contribute to the company’s success with their original thinking and creative personality.

Using the Telekom Agytorna application – available at http://telekomagytorna.hu– applicants can now find out if – further to their theoretical knowledge – they are also capable of such individual thinking. The application includes brief quizzes in playful format, the solution requires creativity and individual logical competencies. Those providing the proper answers receive a diploma certifying that they are true brain gym athletes, which they can also share on their Facebook profile, as well as upload on the telekom.hu/karrier  site when applying. This offers an excellent opportunity to students to stand out from the hundreds of applicants, with their individual abilities!

It’s worth for students looking at the Facebook page named I will be trainee at Telekom,   where besides the useful advices students can gain an insight into the everyday tasks of young people working at the company. Interns working in different areas – like technical, HR or communication department – will share their work experiences on the Telekom Trainee Blog from 31th March. Furthermore, a college starting as trainee and by now working full time, will share her stages of carrier and the company’s managers will also publish articles interesting for the undergraduates. The blog will be integrated to the Facebook page mentioned above.

Applications of students participating in higher education schemes on day, evening or correspondence courses, earning BSc and BA or MSc and MA level diploma are expected for the autumn program by April 7. Another requirement is at least medium level English language skills. The company signs part time labor contracts for a definite period of 5 months with the trainees, who are expected to perform 20 hours weekly, in flexible working time.

The popularity and versatile nature of the Telekom Trainee Program is well proven as even currently 200 young people participate in the scheme, coming from 100 faculties of 37 education institutions and chosen from among almost 1,000 applicants. There are good reasons behind this trainee program being so popular: beside their theoretical knowledge, young people can also demonstrate their creativity and individual abilities while solving their professional tasks, and after a 2 months probation period the company acknowledges their work with fix monthly salary, as well as different fringe benefits, while trainees also receive constant feedback through the mentoring system, providing effective development for freshmen just starting their career.
